For only $275 USD you'll receive the complete 12-week program designed specifically to kickstart your fitness journey and reset your metabolism. Through my easy-to-use training app, you'll receive a training system customized specifically for women over 40 complete with guided workouts programmed by me designed to build muscle and boost metabolism.
This beginner to intermediate program is designed to give you all the tools you need to reach your fitness goals! There are weekly workouts that progress in difficulty over the 12 weeks, along with results tracking, daily reminders & nutrition and habit coaching all designed to get you started on your new fitness journey! There is an optional meal plan included, complete with shopping lists and over 200 high-protein recipes for you to download and keep. What are you waiting for?
Equipment required: adjustable bench, foam roller, exercise ball, resistance bands, loop bands, dumbbells — 3lbs x 2, 5lbs x 2, 8lbs x 2, 10lbs x 2. Depending on your fitness level, you may need additional weights in heavier gauges. Buy equipment.
